(“Plaintiff”), a California corporation, having a principal place of business at 880 Maude Avenue, Suite A, Mountain View, California 94043, and NVIDIA Corporation (“Defendant”), a Delaware corporation, having a principal place of business at 2701 San Tomas Expressway, Santa Clara, California 95050. The “effective date” of this Settlement Agreement shall be five business days after this Settlement Agreement has been executed by both parties.
