This Amendment to Existing Agreement(s) (“Amendment”) is made and entered into as of the date of Epicor’s acceptance of Customer’s completed assessment titled “Amendment for Updated EU SCCs” through OneTrust (Effective Date) by and between Epicor Software Corporation and/or its international affiliates (together and/or individually “Epicor”) and the undersigned Customer (“Customer”).
