This Limited License of Gateway’s Rights (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of October ____, 2007 (“Effective Date”), by and between MPC Corporation, a Colorado corporation (“Licensee” or “MPC”) and Gateway, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Licensor” or “Gateway”).
