This Agreement and any IBM license agreements or any other agreements under which Eligible Products are made available to you are the complete agreement between you and International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”) regarding the use of those Eligible Products and replace any prior oral or written communications between you and IBM regarding this offering. If there is a conflict between any of the terms of other applicable licenses and agreements and those of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement prevail to the extent that the terms conflict.
