SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 TOSupplemental Agreement • June 4th, 2024
This Supplemental Agreement is made part of an agreement dated January 27, 2023 between the City of Moberly, MO and Bartlett & West, Inc. for design and construction inspection of project TAP-4500(210). The purpose of this Supplemental Agreement is to modify the scope for PE services and extend the period of service as described below. These additional services shall be in an amount not to exceed five thousand, one hundred, ninety dollars ($5,190.00) without further authorization. The total design phase services shall be in an amount not to exceed sixty- six thousand, four-hundred, eighty-five dollars ($66,485.00).
