Resident Assistants (RA) are hired based on a successful interview process and completion of the RA Pre-Service Training Course (EPS 406). Although the RA position description provides insight to the RA role, the RA Agreement is a document that fully outlines the main duties and responsibilities of the position. The Resident Assistant position is an extension of the student experience at Northern Arizona University. This agreement is supplemental to any additional expectations provided by the RA supervisor.
