THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (herein “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Glendale Arizona, ("the Client") at 5850 W. Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85301 (“Client”) and National Demographics Inc., a California corporation (“Consultant”) at PO 1520 N Pacific Ave, Glendale, CA 91202. Client and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
