All purchases by Buyer from Zebra Technologies Enterprise Corporation. (hereafter "Seller") and sales by Seller to Buyer shall be governed by these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereafter "Agreement"). An order is accepted only under the terms of this Agreement and Seller's acceptance is hereby made expressly conditional on Buyer's assent to the additional or different terms contained herein. Any of Buyer's terms or conditions that are different from or in addition to those contained herein are hereby objected to and of no effect.
