This is an agreement between "Customer", defined on contract/proposal/estimate, and H & A Landscaping LLC. ("H & A"), 406 Brick Church Rd, Enola PA. Under the terms set forth below, Customer agrees to purchase the services of H & A in preparing and constructing the landscaping and/or paver and/or retaining wall design as set forth in the Project Description, and H & A agrees to render such services. As consideration, Customer agrees to pay H & A the amount shown as “Total” in the Project Description (“Contract Price”) in exchange for performing the services described in the Contract Description. H & A agrees to provide all materials & labor as shown in Project Description, unless specified. The parties further agree as follows:
