THIS AGREEMENT entered into on this date of “Sign Off” between Chase Commercial Realty, Inc. DBA NAI Chase Commercial (“Chase”) whose office is located at P.O. Box 18153, Huntsville, AL 35804 and the Sign Off Party hereinafter, called the "The Sign Off Party” for the arrangement of Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality.
