This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) and is by and between the Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of Arizona State University (“ASU”) and the District Governing Board of Southwestern Community College District (“SWC”). ASU and SWC are referred to herein as the “Parties” and, individually, as a “Party”. Each Party meets the definition of a “public agency” as set forth in Arizona Revised Statutes (“A.R.S.”) § 11-951 and is authorized to enter into this Agreement pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-952.
