The following describes the Support which Stanley Healthcare, a Stanley Black and Decker, Inc. Company (“Stanley”) provides to (“Customer”) with respect to Stanley branded software and hardware products, in each case to the extent Customer has purchased such Support and otherwise on the terms of this Stanley Software Support Agreement (the “Software Support Agreement”).
