THIS GRANT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of , between the CITY OF NORTH MIAMI, a Florida municipal corporation, located at 776 N.E. 125 Street, North Miami, Florida (“City”), and THE SCHOOL BOARD OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision existing under the laws of the State of Florida, located at 1450 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida 33132, its successors and assigns (“Board”), (collectively the “Parties”).
