[1] On the first morning of trial I asked whether an attempt had been made to agree documents. The response was in the negative notwithstanding the existence of an order, made on the 17th March 2022, for documents to be agreed if possible. I therefore rose to allow the parties to agree, if possible, a bundle of documents to be put in evidence. When we resumed at 11:15 am a Bundle of Documents filed on the 10th January 2022 was admitted, by consent, as exhibit 1.
