This end user license agreement (EULA) forms a legal agreement between BPA Solutions SA (CHE‑113.842.351), Avenue des Découvertes 18, 1400 Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland (BPA) and any user of its software products on premise, whether an individual or a legal entity (the Licensee, and together with BPA, the Parties).
