, between Lafayette College (hereinafter “Lafayette”) and Northampton Area Community College (hereinafter “NCC”). Lafayette and NCC agree to mutual cooperation to facilitate the transfer of students from NCC to Lafayette to pursue the designated program of study for a Bachelor’s degree. The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate the educational progress for students by eliminating duplication of degree requirements where possible, and to serve as a basis for guiding students as they develop their academic plans.
