Please read this Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA) carefully as it contains the terms and conditions upon which we will provide our Services. This is an important legal document forming part of the contractual agreement between Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing Limited (‘HEBW’) and you the Client. This Agreement contains the full understanding of the Parties and supersedes any prior arrangements, statements or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. If after receiving this TOBA you instruct HEBW to act on your behalf, we will take this as being your implied consent to you being bound to the Terms set out in this TOBA for any Services provided to you by HEBW on and after that date, until subsequently amended, at a future date, in accordance with Clause 20.
