This Contract is entered into by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and Greenville Adventure Center, LLC, with respect to the Property located at 301 Woodruff Road, Greenville, South Carolina. The Property includes approximately 10.15 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Number 0263000400100 and a portion of Tax Map Serial Number 0263000400200. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of December 13, 2016, and any amendments thereto, by Greenville Adventure Center, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
