This Agreement made between the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the Construction Council of Ontario and the Electrical Trade Bargaining Agency of the Electrical Contrac- tors Association of Ontario is binding on each mem- ber or person represented by the parties. The Agreement is made in recognition of the fact that growth in the Electrical Industry and the success of the parties concerned depends on the cooperation of each Party in discharging their obligations and adhering, not only to the words of the Agreement, but also to the intent of the provisions as agreed upon therein.
