This EULA constitutes and expresses the entire agreement and understanding between you and ASI and Reseller with respect to your Use of the Software and supersedes all previous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof. Specifically, this EULA shall prevail over any license terms for the Software contained in any agreement between you and Reseller or any other person or entity, including EULA’s that may have governed your use of earlier versions of the software.
