If a bidder wishes to propose an alternative payment schedule they are free to do as an alternative/optional proposal complete with intended payment schedule in addition to the payment only on completion of all deliverables outlined in the ITT. In the event, the Authority accepts an alternative/optional payment schedule, this would be on the basis of interim payments as an advance on contract final price and would be subject to Defcon 649 (Vesting) and Defcon 603 (Recovery of Sums due). Any such alternative/option should highlight the benefits to MOD of taking up this option.
