This Continuing Disclosure Agreement of Issuer dated as of May 15, 2024 (this “Disclosure Agreement”) is executed and delivered by and between the City of Manor, Texas (the “Issuer”), P3Works, LLC (the “Administrator”), and UMB Bank, N.A., Austin, Texas (acting solely in its capacity as dissemination agent (the “Dissemination Agent”) with respect to the Issuer’s “Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2024 (Manor Heights Public Improvement District Improvement Area #4 Project)” (the “Bonds”).
