Corp.; (iii) UPT Component (S) Pte Ltd; (iv) Europtronic Electronic (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd; (v) Europtronic Green Energy Pte Ltd; (vi) UPT Crypson Component (Shanghai) Co., Ltd; (vii) Housing Technology Corp.; and (viii) Crypson Electronics (S) Pte Ltd.
