This Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Verus Corporation with offices at 201 85th Avenue NW, Coon Rapids, Minnesota 55433 (“us”, “our”, “we” or “Verus”), and you, the entity whose name, authorized signatory and contact information appear in the signature block of this Agreement (“you”, “your” or “Client”). This Agreement will be effective as of the latest date of the signatures of the parties below (“Effective Date”).
