The purpose of this agreement to set forth fair and reasonable guidelines and rules by which the Company, its Employees, and their Union can strive for continuous improvement of; employee relations, working conditions, wages, quality of products services, and productivity. This agreement shall provide a means by which the Employees and the Company can resolve issues of concern or grievances through open and honest discussion. Having established a harmonious relationship, the Employees and their Union shall work together with the Company to ensure the continuous growth of the business and a positive return to its investors.
