REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP #22-0030) CONTRACT AGREEMENT FORManaged Print Services Contract • May 17th, 2022
This agreement will include all printers listed in Attachment A and school copiers listed in Attachment B. Based upon an analysis of the data from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, the Town anticipates a combined volume of 590,000 B/W copies/prints and 130,000 color copies/prints annually for Attachment A and a combined volume of 8,380,000 B/W copies/prints annually for Attachment B.
