This document sets forth the general terms and conditions under which the Customer engages Tannhauser to provide certain professional and technical services to the Customer pursuant to a Statement of Work entered into between the Customer and Tannhauser (“SOW”). The SOW together with these Terms and Conditions will together constitute the “Agreement”. Throughout this document, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tannhauser Pty Ltd. We offer our services, including all information, tools and services available from our website(s) and/ or through our representatives to you, the Customer, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated within and referenced by this document.
