BY USING YOUR SMART PASS, AND THE RESOURCES AND SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU IN ASSOCIATION WITH YOUR SMART PASS, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
