This Agreement made by and between City of East Lansing (“Employer"), who sponsors a Retiree Healthcare Plan (“Plan”) and CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc. (“CBIZ”), who will provide for Employer one or more of the services more fully described herein and as indicated below.
