This Friends Group Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (hereinafter referred to as the “Department”) and Friends of Blank State Property, (hereinafter referred to as the “Friends”). The Department and the Friends are sometimes collectively referred to here as “Parties,” and the Blank State Property is referred to herein as the “Property.” The Property’s Property Manager shall be the primary representative of the Department in the management of this Agreement. The primary representative of the Friends shall be the President of its Board of Directors or the Board's designee.
