THIS IS AN AGREEMENT made on this day of , 2008 between the City of Rapid City, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and Ferber Engineering Company, Inc., a South Dakota Corporation, hereinafter referred to as ENGINEER. This project is the development of a Future Land Use Plan for the Sheridan Lake Road Neighborhood Area, as defined on the attached map labeled Rapid City Area Future Land Use Plan.
