The County of Passaic (hereafter “County”) and the Passaic County Sheriff (hereafter “Sheriff”) seeks to renegotiate its collective negotiations agreement (hereafter “Agreement”) with Local 125, International Union Brotherhood of Teamsters that expired on December 31, 2017. In addition to providing affirmative proposals, the County and the Sheriff, by way of this document, seeks to clarify and modify certain terms of the current Agreement.
