The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Envictus International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) refers to the Company’s announcements dated 23 February 2016 and 28 March 2016 (the “Announcements”) in relation to the HOA and the extension of the validity of the HOA. Unless otherwise defined, all terms and references used herein shall bear the same meanings ascribed to them in the Announcements.
