This Acceptance Agreement (“Agreement”) serves to confirm PetroSA’s award of the abovementioned tender to Company. This Agreement, together with all the annexures attached hereto, constitutes a contract between PetroSA and Company for a period of two (2) months with effect from Date (“the Effective Date”). The Standard Terms and Conditions for PetroSA Rev 02 (Part I and Part II - Section A and Section B), attached hereto as Annexure “B” shall be applicable to this Agreement. The scope of service, with special conditions and pricing are set out in the Transaction Document annexed hereto and marked as “Annexure A”.
