Tesla, Inc. (“Tesla”) and Aline Oary (“Assignor”) entered into a SolarLease Agreement at installation location address 211 Appaloosa Dr Paso Robles, CA 93446 on June 13, 2016 (the “Lease”), and may have been amended from time to time, under which Tesla leased Assignor a solar panel system (the “System”), which Lease was subsequently assigned to Firehorn Solar I, LLC (the “Lessor”). Assignor desires to transfer all of Assignor’s rights and obligations under the Lease to David Perez and DP Real Estate Investment LLC (“Assignee”).
