This EMPLOYEE MATTERS AGREEMENT, dated as of July 29, 2023, is between JS Global Lifestyle Co. Ltd., an exempted company with limited liability incorporated in the Cayman Islands (“JS Global”), and SharkNinja, Inc., an exempted company with limited liability incorporated in the Cayman Islands (“SharkNinja,” with each of JS Global and SharkNinja a “Party,” and together, the “Parties”).
