This Agreement, made by and between Cobb County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as “Employer”), and Stacey Nicole Desamours, M.D. (hereinafter referred to as “Employee”) shall constitute the terms and conditions under which Employee shall provide services to Employer as provided in this Employment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”).
