This Program Articulation Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 11th day of July 2023, by and between the Illinois Institute of Technology, located at 10 West 35th Street, Chicago, IL 60616 (“University”), and IUAV with its principal place of business at Santa Croce 191-Tolentini, 30135 Venice, Italy (“Partner Institution”). University and Partner Institution are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties” or “Institutions”.
