The Dental Assistant School of Rockland, Inc. (herein the “School) and the Student hereby agree to enter into the following agreement. The Student wishes to enroll in this course and agrees to pay the tuition listed below as well as to adhere to the School’s rules and regulations as set forth in the school catalog. The School will instruct the Student in the curriculum listed below in accordance with the Education Law and Com- missioner’s Regulations. Please note: Pregnant students cannot take x-rays.
