THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2008 by and between the School Board of Brevard County, Florida, a public corporation and governing body of the school district of Brevard County, duly created in accordance with Article IX, Section 4(b) Florida Constitution, and Chapter 230, Florida Statutes, hereinafter referred to as the “School Board”, and the Board of County Commissioners of Brevard County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “County”.
