RECITALS WHEREAS, Consultant has the capability to perform certain services pursuant to the requirements outlined by its clients; and WHEREAS, HC2 desires to engage the services of Consultant as more particularly described herein. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
