This Government Contractor Access Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between NuStar Logistics, L.P. (the “Company”) and the Third Party listed above. Company owns and/or operates the facility identified above (“Facility”) in connection with the transportation or storage of petroleum, chemicals and other commodities. Third Party has requested access to the Facility for the purpose identified above (“Operations”), and Company has agreed to grant Third Party access to the Facility solely for the Operations in consideration of Third Party’s agreement to the following terms and conditions:
