THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 1st day of February, 2022, by and between the MICHIGAN STATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, a public body corporate and politic ("Authority") and Novogradac & Company LLP, a foreign Limited Liability Partnership, located at 1160 Battery St. East Building, 4th Floor San Francisco, CA 94111 (“Contractor") to create market studies for affordable housing projects in Michigan. (The Authority and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
