In signing up to Moneyhub Connect, the party as defined in the Schedule ("Business") is entering into an agreement with Moneyhub Financial Technology Limited (trading as Moneyhub), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 06909772, whose registered office is 2nd Floor, Whitefriars Business Centre, Lewins Mead, Bristol, BS1 2NT. ("Moneyhub").
