This Pilot Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Factory Mutual Insurance Company, a Rhode Island Corporation having its principal place of business at 270 Central Avenue, Johnston, RI 02919, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates ("FM Global"), and the owner and any co-owner(s) of the property to be included in the pilot program described below (collectively the "Participant” or “You”).
