This First Amendment to the Grant Administrative Agreement (“Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between Cobb County, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (“County”) and W. Frank Newton, Inc. (“WFN”), a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Georgia, hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” or together as “ Parties”.
