The subject of these terms and conditions is the computer software for analyzing patent representatives, patent applicants and their relationships (hereinafter “Patent-Pilot”). This agreement is valid for any version of Patent-Pilot. Licensee accepts these terms and condition with registering a user account or first login to a user account. The version applicable at the time of contract conclusion shall apply.
