All reservations for parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance with the Management Company and must be approved by the HOA Board of Directors. No parties will be scheduled on the weekends of Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or Labor Day and they may not be scheduled at the same time as a Stonegate Hill Storm swim practice or swim meet.
