This Be-Rad Terms of Service ("TOS" or this “Agreement”) governs any access to and use of the games, applications, services, products and websites (collectively “Company Services”) offered or made available by Be-Rad, Inc. ("Company" or “we/us”), including without limitation its War Games: WOPR mobile game and other Be-Rad mobile games (together with any modifications, updates or versions thereof, the “Games”) and Company’s website located at www.be-rad.com, or corresponding sites on social media outlets or through corresponding applications on mobile devices (collectively, the “Site”).
