THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the day of , 1997 by and between the City of Sunnyvale, a municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter "the City") and Bay Counties Waste Services, Inc., a California corporation, formerly named Specialty Solid Waste and Recycling, Inc. and Specialty Garbage and Refuse Service, Inc. (hereinafter "Contractor").
